We will respond to your phone call within one hour of receiving your claim to start your paperwork and answer any critical questions.

Higgins Insurance Agency is one of a very small number of agencies in the country that offers this service to its customers. This service is available to every client by simply dialing [315-635-0050](tel:315-635-0050) and selecting the 24-hour claims service mail box when prompted by our voice mail system.
